A Large Charcuterie Board features 7-8 varieties of cheeses, 3-4 types of charcuterie, crackers, fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts, a spread (such as jams, honeys, mustards or chili crisp), something sweet, like chocolate, and as always…something salty, like olives or pickles. Platters will vary depending on season, special accommodations, and size of your party.
